Order Tracking
Every Postera Collective order ships with tracking - here is how to follow yours.
Where is my tracking number?
The moment your order ships (within 1-3 business days of ordering), we email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder for a message from Postera Collective.
How to read your tracking
- Label created / pre-transit - your print has left production and the carrier is about to scan it in. It can take 1-2 days for the first movement to appear.
- In transit - on the way. US deliveries typically take 3-7 business days; international 1-2 weeks.
- Customs / export scan (international) - international packages can pause for a few days at export or import processing. This is normal and almost always resolves on its own.
- Out for delivery / delivered - almost there. We also send you a heads-up email when your package is out for delivery.
Tracking has not moved in a while?
Short pauses are normal, especially for international orders passing through customs. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days (US) or 10 business days (international), contact us with your order number. We monitor shipments from our side too, and if a package is genuinely stuck we will chase the carrier - and if it does not turn up, replace or refund it in full (see our Return and Refund Policy).

Message us with your name and order number and we will resend your tracking link right away.
