Kelly Lithographies Bauhaus Geometric
Ellsworth Kelly's Galerie Adrien Maeght lithograph distills form to its essence - a rounded slate blue field cradling a crisp golden yellow rectangle on warm cream paper, finished with the bold black KELLY lithographies wordmark below. This 1950s exhibition print carries the calm, geometric confidence that made Kelly a cornerstone of postwar abstraction, and it reads equally well as a bauhaus print or a mid century art statement piece for any collector's wall.
Its pared-back palette and architectural shapes make it a natural fit for a living room decor refresh, a japandi-inspired reading nook, or a wabi sabi styled study, and the graphic confidence suits mcm wall art collections and minimalist interiors alike. As a mid century decor find, it also makes a thoughtful self care gift or a considered pick from gifts for him, especially for anyone drawn to vintage poster design and clean modern lines - it's currently trending now among fans of gallery-era abstraction.
