Ito Jakuchu Macaw
Ito Jakuchu's iconic White Macaw from the MET Museum collection brings Edo-period elegance to your home. This stunning Japanese woodblock print captures a white macaw perched against a dramatic black background, adorned with intricate red seals and ornamental vases—a masterpiece of 18th-century Japanese art.
Perfect for maximalist decor enthusiasts and lovers of Asian wall art, this print transforms any space into a gallery of quirky wall art with deep historical resonance. The bold composition works beautifully as extra large wall art in living rooms, studies, or as a statement piece in zen garden-inspired interiors. Ideal housewarming gift for Japanese art collectors, gifts for painters, or anyone who appreciates the refined craftsmanship of traditional woodblock prints.
Each print captures the delicate linework and vibrant color contrasts that made Jakuchu legendary. Japanese calligraphy and seal marks authenticate the historical Tokyo poster aesthetic. Digitally printed on premium archival paper for museum-quality reproduction. A timeless Japanese poster that celebrates both nature and artistry—bringing the serenity and sophistication of Japanese wall art tradition into contemporary apartment decor.
